Are you licensed to collect clinical waste, and will we get the right paperwork?
Yes — we are a registered waste carrier and use fully licensed treatment and disposal facilities. Every collection comes with the correct documentation, whether that is a Waste Transfer Note or a Consignment Note for hazardous waste. Keep these on file for at least two years to meet your Duty of Care obligations.
We set collections around your volume —on a fixed day so your team can plan around it. If your needs change, we will adjust the schedule rather than tie you to something that no longer fits.
Yes. We provide all UN-approved sharps containers, colour-coded bags and wheeled bins as part of your service and replenish them at each collection. If you are unsure what you need, we will assess your site and recommend the right setup.
Just give us a call — we can arrange an ad-hoc collection. This is common after a busy period or a deep clean, and it is far safer than storing overflow waste on site.
Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, the Duty of Care sits with you as the waste producer from creation to final disposal — it does not transfer to us at collection. That is exactly why using a registered carrier with a full audit-trail of documentation matters, and it is what we provide as standard.

We collect from care homes, dental practices and GP surgeries. If you are unsure whether we cover your postcode, get in touch and we will confirm.
Infectious waste is hazardous — it contains pathogens or bodily fluids that could spread disease, such as blood-soaked dressings, contaminated swabs or laboratory cultures. Offensive waste is non- hazardous and carries no infection risk, but may be unpleasant in appearance or odour, such as nappies, empty stoma bags and uncontaminated PPE. The two must be segregated into different colour-coded streams and never mixed.
